当晚的佐酒是出自Scintilla Sonoma Vineyard 的2012 Robert Sinskey Abraxas Vin De Terroir;

这瓶独特诱人的酒混合了四种葡萄:riesling, pinot gris, pinot blanc和 gewürztraminer, 木塞离开瓶口的那一刻一股芬香已飘入鼻中, 冰冷的琼浆口感丰富生动, 甜瓜,桃子和柑橘的香味和当晚的海鲜搭配相得益彰.
