新总统 Biden 上台首日行动！17项指令有哪些？
第46任美国新任总统 Joe Biden 在今日（1月20日）宣誓就职几个小时内就迅速签署了17项指令，议题涉及新冠疫情、气候变化和种族不平等等问题。

在就职典礼后前往白宫时，Biden 在 Twitter上表示”在解决我们面临的危机时，没有时间可以浪费”。

Biden 的首道指令即关于新冠疫情，通过联邦财政实施口罩任务。他还安置了一名新冠病毒应对协调员，监督白宫分发疫苗和医疗用品的工作。其他有9个举措一改前任总统 Trump 的一些关键政策，扭转了前任政府在气候变化和移民问题上的立场，还有关于种族平等和规章制度等问题。
