當晚的佐酒是出自Scintilla Sonoma Vineyard 的2012 Robert Sinskey Abraxas Vin De Terroir;

這瓶獨特誘人的酒混合了四種葡萄:riesling, pinot gris, pinot blanc和 gewürztraminer, 木塞離開瓶口的那一刻一股芬香已飄入鼻中, 冰冷的瓊漿口感豐富生動, 甜瓜,桃子和柑橘的香味和當晚的海鮮搭配相得益彰.
