联合国发起10亿美元赈灾活动 伸援土耳其地震灾民

联合国发起10亿美元赈灾活动，以协助土耳其强震灾民。这场地震造成数万人丧生，还有数百万人亟需援助。

法新社报导，联合国秘书长古特瑞斯（Antonio Guterres）在声明中说，这笔资金将为520万人提供为期3个月的人道救济。

Today we are launching an appeal to help secure desperately needed relief for nearly 5 million Syrians impacted by the earthquake.

他说，这笔钱「能让救援组织迅速扩大重要的援助工作」，包括在食品安全、保护、教育、供水和住所等方面。

古特瑞斯说：「需求很庞大，民众正在受苦，没有时间可浪费了。」

土耳其东南部2月6日发生规模7.8强震，造成超过3万5000人丧生，邻国叙利亚也有数千人死亡。

土耳其政府表示，境内有超过900万人直接受到这场灾难的影响。

灾民当中有许多叙利亚难民。联合国统计，有174万叙利亚人以临时难民保护身分暂居土耳其11个受灾省分。

联合国14日也发起3.97亿美元的赈灾活动，以帮助叙利亚灾民。
