印尼5.6淺層強震增至268死 學校倒塌釀孩童嚴重傷亡

印尼主要島嶼爪哇島昨天發生強震，重創當地一座城鎮。該國官員今天指出，這場地震已造成268人死亡、151人下落不明，許多孩童在學校倒塌時喪生，「受害者多為學童」。

路透社報導，印尼人口最多的西爪哇省（West Java）山區昨天發生規模5.6淺層強震，重創當地席安約鎮（Cianjur），至少有一座村莊因山崩而遭到掩埋。這場地震也造成逾1000人受傷，官員警告死亡人數可能攀升。

印尼國家搜救總署（National Search and Rescue Agency，Basarnas）署長亨瑞（Henri Alfiandi）指出，山崩及嚴峻地勢阻礙救援工作。

亨瑞在記者會上表示：「困難之處在於，受災地區分散…除此之外，這些村莊的道路毀損。」他還說，逾1萬3000人已被疏散到安全的地方。

他指稱：「受害者多為學童，因為在下午1時（地震發生時間），他們仍在學校。」

當地48歲女性居民裘裘（Cucu）告訴路透社：「我腳下的所有一切都崩塌了，我被這個孩子壓在下方。」

裘裘流著淚表示：「我的兩個孩子倖存下來，我將他們挖了出來…我還帶其他兩個孩子來這裡，還有一人下落不明。」

裘裘的親戚赫斯蒂（Hesti）則指出：「許多屍體停放在醫院地上，看起來相當擁擠。」

印尼國家災害應變總署（National Disaster Mitigation Agency, BNPB）署長蘇哈里揚托（Suharyanto）告訴記者，這場地震也造成1083人受傷。

國家災害應變總署昨天指出，強震導致逾2000棟房屋受損。
