北美院线联盟（ Exhibitor Relations ）通报，「奇异博士2：失控多重宇宙」周末票房成绩远不如上周开片表现，但北美估计仍有6100万美元进帐，蝉联冠军宝座。

法新社报导，英国男星班奈狄克康柏拜区（ Benedict Cumberbatch ）主演的「奇异博士2：失控多重宇宙」（ Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness ），上周末开片写下今年最佳的1.87亿美元佳绩，美加总票房如今达2.92亿美元。若加上海外的3.96亿美元，全球进帐来到6.88亿美元。

13至15日期间北美票房排名第2的是动作喜剧动画片「坏蛋联盟」（ The Bad Guys ），这部由山姆洛克威尔（ Sam Rockwell ）、奥卡菲娜（ Awkwafina ）等人幕后配音的作品，有690万美元表现。
连续第2个周末排名第3的是「音速小子2」（ Sonic the Hedgehog 2 ），票房460万美元。
第4名是改编自恐怖大师史蒂芬金（ Stephen King ）作品的「燃火的女孩」（ Firestarter ），吸金380万美元。对于环球影片公司（ Universal Picture ）这等规模的制片公司来说，这样的开片成绩令人失望。
柴克艾弗隆（ Zac Efron ）主演的「燃火的女孩」在影评网站「烂番茄」（ Rotten Tomatoes ）仅拿下12%好评；反观排名第5的「妈的多重宇宙」（ Everything Everywhere All at Once ）则有96%，上映第8个周末有330万美元表现。

第6名至第10名的电影依序为：「怪兽与邓不利多的秘密」（ Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore ），240万美元；「失落谜城」（ The Lost City ），170万美元；「北方人」（ The Northman ），170万美元；「家庭疯狂露营」（ Family Camp ），140万美元；「超吉任务」（ The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent ），110万美元。
