El Pollo Loco 推出全新 Mexican Shredded Beef Birria Burrito、 Quesadilla 和 Taco

              

你有嘗試過 Shredded Beef Birria 燉牛肉絲嗎？它起源於墨西哥 Jalisco ，由肉類和各種香料製成，是一款十分受歡迎的的燉菜料理。

如今，連鎖墨西哥快餐店 El Pollo Loco 就推出了全新 Mexican Shredded Beef Birria 系列，將這款需長時間烹飪的美食加入了快餐菜單行列。該系列有三款主菜形式，分別爲 Burrito 卷餅、 Quesadilla 芝士餡餅和 Taco 夾餅。此外，各主菜還配有可一並蘸裹食用的 Birria consomé 牛肉湯，Birria consomé 是一款慢燉煨制的鹹味牛肉湯，含大蒜、辣椒和青檸等。
