Purusha yoga 每個周末都會在金門大橋公園舉辦自由樂捐的戶外瑜珈課,參加的方式很簡單,你只需要穿著適合做瑜珈的衣服、帶著自己的瑜珈墊到現場就可以了。所以不管你是瑜珈老手或新手,一起來體驗一下戶外瑜珈的舒暢感受,還可以認識更多瑜珈愛好者唷!
